New Courses: Step Code Modules 1-5 now available

 

CHBA BC is pleased to announce we have launched two BC Housing approved e-learning courses that meet the training requirements for builders to prepare for new energy efficiency requirements:

 

BC Energy Step Code (Modules 1-3):

Understanding the BC Energy Step code, identifying the different BC Energy Step Code performance metrics, and reviewing design considerations by Step Code.

 

Building Science – Air, Heat, & Moisture Flows, and Barriers 2022 (Modules 3-5):

This course reviews the differences between components, what the functions and benefits are, and best practices for installation to increase the durability of the home and reduce warranty call backs.
