An official memorandum of understanding was signed today between the Canadian Home Builders Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) and the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of Newfoundland & Labrador (CHBA-NL) at the Canadian Home Builders’ Association (CHBA) national meetings in Ottawa.
