Fraser Valley Home Builder, Lesa Lacey, Named President of CHBA BC

Fraser Valley builder and renovator Lesa Lacey has been named President of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of BC (CHBA BC) at the association’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on March 21 in Vancouver. At the meeting, CHBA BC also named its executive committee, who will lead the Association’s strategic direction for 2025-26.

Lesa Lacey is the Business Manager for Lacey Construction. Founded in 1999, Lacey Construction is a family run business offering full service residential and commercial services.

“I am so thankful for the opportunity to represent home builders on a Provincial stage.” said Lesa. “It is a privilege to work in the residential construction industry and I appreciate the opportunity to give back.”

Lesa is active in the community, including serving on the Board of Governors at the University of the Fraser Valley, as Past Vice President of CHBA BC, and as Past Chair of the BC Construction Safety Alliance, Skills Canada BC, and Mission Association for Community Living. She is also the founding member of the Fraser Valley Women in Construction Group and CHBA Fraser Valley Boot Bank.

CHBA BC CEO Neil Moody, added “Lesa is passionate and committed to the development of skilled trades and workplace safety and our team looks forward to working with her during her term as president.”
