BC Hydro Express Connection Requests Can Now be Completed Online

Are you looking to add, modify or remove an electrical connection? Did you know that you can now do all of this online?  BC Hydro has just introduced an online tool to complete your express connection request online – at your convenience!

With the new tool, you can log in at bchydro.com and submit a request to add, modify or remove an electrical connection. You can also check the status of your request and submit all the necessary documentation when it’s most convenient for you and less time on the phone waiting for a status update. And rather than a phone call, you will receive an email each time the status of your connection request changes. You have the option to sign up for text message status updates as well.

BC Hydro’s online tool is intended to make it easier for you by providing a self-serve option (with the added benefit of access outside of business hours) and by providing visibility into the status of the connection requests.
