As a valued CHBA BC learner, your safety always has been, and remains, a high priority for us. Our education programs will remain open but will operate on a limited basis.
Get Licensed
To apply for a new residential builder licence as a general contractor, you must meet the qualification requirements set by BC Housing Licensing & Consumer Services. This includes showing proficiency in seven core competency areas. The chart below shows how CHBA BC core courses directly align with these competencies.
