CHBA BC announces the 2018 Georgie Awards® Customer Satisfaction finalists

BURNABY, BC (January 23, 2018) – The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) is pleased to announce its four finalists for the Georgie Awards® Customer Satisfaction category.

The category finalists, in two sub-categories, are determined by customer surveys submitted to Avid® Ratings Canada. The customers detail their experience and rate their builder or renovator on many key areas throughout the building process. CHBA BC works in partnership with Avid® Ratings Canada to determine the finalists in this category, which is separate from the Georgie Awards® judging process for all other categories.

“Customers have ever-increasing expectations when it comes to building new homes or renovations,” says CHBA BC’s CEO Neil Moody. “Congratulations to the finalists, whose high service achievements have been recognized by their customers.”
