Homebuilding in the ALR: What you Should Know

 

Since 2019 there have been several changes to the Agricultural Land Commission Act and its regulations regarding additional residences in the Agricultural Land Reserve and requirements to place fill for residences.

On Friday, March 8, CHBA BC hosted ALC representatives to learn more about the rules around residences in the ALR, when an application or Notice of Intent is required, and how to navigate the process.
