2020 Georgie Awards Customer Satisfaction Finalists

CHBA BC announces the 2020 Georgie Awards® Customer Satisfaction Finalists

 

BURNABY, BC (January 20, 2020) – The Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA BC) is pleased to announce the Finalists of the 2020 Georgie Awards® Customer Satisfaction category. 

 

The annual finalists in this category are determined by customer surveys submitted to Avid Ratings Canada. The customers detail their experience and rate their builder or renovator on many key areas throughout the building process. CHBA BC works with Avid Ratings Canada to determine the finalists in this category, which is determined separately from the Georgie Awards® judging process for all other categories. 

 

All finalists must be in the top 75th percentile in B.C., as rated by the Avid Index Score, to be named as a finalist. The Customer Satisfaction Award is part of the Grand Georgie Awards® class. 

 

This year the Georgie Awards had a record-breaking number of entries and attendees reflecting the prominence of these awards for the residential construction industry.
