Use a detailed contract to protect yourself as the builder or the client, eliminate uncertainty, and have a clear record of the project plan. We offer a variety of contracts for purchase for members and non-members. The paper contracts are in triplicate and will be mailed out after purchase.
Builder and Sub-Contractor Agreements (Pads of 10)
This one-page document forms the basis of the contractual relationship between the builder and sub-contractor and specifies the work to be done.

Intended for use on smaller projects (sundecks, skylights, fencing, etc). This two-page document forms the basis of the contractual relationship between the purchaser and contractor and specifies the work to be done.

Renovation Agreement
Similar to the construction agreement, this agreement is specifically designed for the renovation market and is structured in such a way that it may be used as a cost plus percentage, cost plus fixed fee or stipulated lump sum contract.
