Raising the Bar - Enhancing Professionalism in British Columbia's Residential Construction Industry
The Homeowner Protection Office (HPO) has released a discussion paper entitled "Raising the Bar - Enhancing Professionalism in British Columbia's Residential Construction Industry" and is leading a consultation process on options for strengthening the professionalism of Licensed Residential Builders and addressing the abuse of the owner-builder exemption.
